The Ends, Never A Hero, Scarlet Echo – Brentwood Centre, Brentwood
Battle Stage heat 3, the last of three “Battle of the Bands” type heats to find a winning artist who would then go on to perform at this year’s Brentwood Festival.
Three bands took part – The Ends, Never A Hero and Scarlet Echo. Emma Louise was meant to take part as well, but didn’t show up and from my brief communications with her it looked like she’d forgotten about it.
Otherwise nothing else went wrong which was unusual for one of my gigs! The Ends were judged as the winners and made it through to the June final.
